Elysiaan Café & Brunch was born from a simple idea shared by two brothers to build a place that feels like a breath of fresh air in the middle of the city. A spot where people can slow down, catch up, and enjoy food that’s made with thought and a bit of flair.

What started as a few sketches on a napkin and countless coffee-fuelled late nights turned into a buzzing café in the heart of Birmingham. From the start, we wanted Elysiaan to be more than just a brunch spot it had to feel different. Warm, stylish, and just the right mix of relaxed and refined.

Our menu reflects what we love to eat: bold flavours, beautiful presentation, and ingredients that make you feel good. Whether it’s the first sip of a silky flat white, a stack of fluffy pancakes, or one of our signature plates, everything’s made fresh and with care.
